Here is what past participants of this workshop are saying:
I think when Jenn Bullock asks you to act out your stresses, the stresses seem smaller. I guess it is the acting and trying to use props and other people interacting together that make it very theatrical and light hearted. I enjoyed it very much and felt alot better after the workshop, sort of refreshed to take on more of my stresses.

“The workshop was a lot of fun and transformative. In the beginning some attendees were skeptical about doing the activities led by Ms. Bullock. By the end of the workshop, they were fully engaged and I think everyone took something away that they could use in their everyday life…I know I did!”
This workshop allowed me to understand various ways in which I can help minimize stress in my day to day life by being open to new ideas which this class helped inspire!
